Το πισωγύρισμα, μαζί με πολλές τύψεις, το νοιώθω όταν για μεγάλο διάστημα δεν εξασκώ τις τεχνικές. Αυτό έχει ως αποτέλεσμα, την δύσκολη στιγμή να μην μπορώ να κάνω τίποτα.

Η βασική ιδέα του ΚΕΘΤ είναι: "Κάνε τις τεχνικές τις καλές ημέρες".

Εκεί πρέπει να εστιάσουμε και να εργαστούμε με τις ομάδες αυτοβοήθειας κλπ

Πέρασε καιρός μέχρι να αλλάξει η οπτική μου, και να μπορέσω να δω πως η παρουσία των "πισωγυρισμάτων" ήταν (και είναι) χρήσιμη.
Το "πισωγύρισμα" είναι ένας από τους δρόμους που πρέπει να διαβούμε, για να ξανασυναντήσουμε τα εσωτερικά χαρακτηριστικά μας ώστε να τα αντιμετωπίσουμε, για να παρατηρούμε τις "στιγμές" ώστε να εφαρμόζουμε κάποιες από τις τεχνικές, για να αποδεχτούμε τον τραυλισμό μας, για να επιβεβαιωθεί η αυτογνωσία που αποκτήσαμε (με τη βοήθεια του ΚΕΘΤ) για τους τρόπους που αντιδρούσαμε, για να δούμε τις αλλαγές των χαρακτηριστικών μας επειδή τίποτα δεν είναι το ίδιο με πρίν...

Για όσους "μυηθήκαμε" σε ατομικό ή ομαδικό πρόγραμμα, καλό είναι να συνειδητοποιήσουμε ή να θυμηθούμε ότι στο ΚΕΘΤ δουλεύονται κάποια θέματα και κάποιες τεχνικές, που η κάθε μια έχει το σκοπό της.
Καμία τεχνική δεν έχει ΣΚΟΠΟ την εξαφάνιση των "πισωγυρισμάτων" του τραυλισμού. Οποιος απογοητεύεται από αυτά, καλό είναι να αναθεωρήσει την πορεία του.
